Frequently Asked Questions
Yes—register your interest through the central CJE form. This is not a paid registration, booking, selection or editorial appointment.
The wider CJE programme is in development. Dates, lineup and commercial inclusions will be published after approval. Do not buy non-refundable travel against an unconfirmed offer.
Jazz ’n Dine is the established three-year foundation and a Signature Jazz ’n Creole fringe event. CJE’s added activities are developed around it, not presented as three years of Expo delivery.
Artists arrange and fund travel. Accommodation is intended within a confirmed, quoted package. Room details, inclusions, exclusions, currency and cancellation terms must be specified in writing.
No. Artistic selection is separate from paid services. DFC retains decisions for Jazz ’n Creole and the World Creole Music Festival.
CaribVision is confirmed as CJE’s broadcast partner. Programme slots, technical delivery, rights clearance and any funded or priced airtime inclusion are agreed separately. Partnership does not mean every participant has a guaranteed slot.
Use the relevant role in the central interest form. CJE agrees deliverables, rates, contributions, permissions and evidence separately through existing programme and commercial records.
That is the intended outcome, not an automatic guarantee. Agree the session, contributors, credits, rights, delivery and release owner before work is recorded or published.
Activities and receiving arrangements are agreed with beneficiary organisations. Report actual approved outcomes and transfers. Do not submit medical information or abuse disclosures through public intake.
Only with explicit Merchant approval, a verified representative and an actual grant for an assigned area. Until then, narrative proposals are reviewed by the Merchant. Interest alone grants no editing rights.
The native form confirms success or errors. Successful submissions enter CJE’s Forms tab for review. Follow-up, agreements and any scoped access are separate steps; no response deadline is promised.
Use the matching role—or general question—in the central form. Keep the first message practical and non-sensitive. Detailed requirements are discussed privately with the appropriate people.
