Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how refunds and digital delivery work on the EventMappers platform. EventMappers operates as a marketplace connecting event organizers (merchants) with attendees (patrons).

Digital Delivery

EventMappers is a digital platform. All products and services are delivered electronically:

  • Event Tickets: Delivered instantly as digital tickets with unique EM Ticket Codes, accessible via your account dashboard and email confirmation.
  • Streaming Access (ComeSeeTv+): Pay-per-view and subscription access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Access is available through any supported device.
  • Donate2View Content: Access is granted instantly upon meeting the minimum donation threshold set by the content creator.
  • Master Channel Subscriptions: Channel access is activated immediately and remains active until the subscription end date.
  • Marketplace Listings: Digital advertising placements and promotional features are activated within the timeframe specified at purchase.

No physical shipping is involved. All purchases are delivered digitally through your EventMappers account.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed clearly at checkout before payment confirmation. Prices are shown in the applicable currency as set by the event organizer or merchant. The total amount including any applicable fees, taxes, or surcharges is displayed before you complete your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Event Tickets

  • Cancelled Events: Full refund issued automatically if an event is cancelled by the organizer.
  • Postponed Events: Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds are available upon request if the new date is unsuitable.
  • Organizer-Set Policies: Individual event organizers may set their own refund policies, which are displayed at the time of purchase. These policies take precedence for that specific event.
  • General Ticket Purchases: Unless otherwise stated by the organizer, ticket purchases are non-refundable once the ticket has been issued.

Streaming & Digital Content (ComeSeeTv+)

  • Pay-Per-View: Non-refundable once the stream has been accessed. If the stream is unavailable due to technical issues on our end, a full refund or credit will be provided.
  • Donate2View: Donations are non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions to content creators.
  • Master Channel Subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available for unused subscription periods if cancelled before the end date.

Wallet Credits

Funds loaded into your EventMappers Wallet are non-refundable but can be used for any purchase on the platform.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your EventMappers account and navigate to My Purchases in the sidebar menu.
  2. Locate the purchase you wish to request a refund for.
  3. Click Request Refund and provide a reason for your request.
  4. Alternatively, contact the event organizer directly through the Communication Hub available during live events or via the event page.

Refund Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or credited to your EventMappers Wallet.
  • Bank Processing: Once approved, bank refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
  • Wallet Credits: Refunds issued as wallet credits are available immediately.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us through the Communication Hub or at support@eventmappers.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account restrictions.
