1. Acceptance

By purchasing tickets or making bookings through Summer Gospel Concert - Emancipation Praise, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All ticket and booking purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event or service is cancelled by the organiser.
• In the event of cancellation by Summer Gospel Concert - Emancipation Praise, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing by the organiser.
• Entry may be refused for breach of venue or event rules; no refund will be issued in such cases.
• Partial refunds for unused portions of services are at the sole discretion of Summer Gospel Concert - Emancipation Praise.

3. Delivery Policy

• Digital tickets & e-tickets: Delivered electronically to your registered email address immediately upon payment confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your ticket within 30 minutes.
• QR-code access passes: Generated and available in your account profile within minutes of purchase.
• Service bookings: Confirmed via email. Your booking reference will detail the service date, time, and location.
• Physical goods (if applicable): Delivery timeframes and methods will be specified at the point of purchase.

For non-receipt of digital tickets, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Export Restrictions

Products and services sold through Summer Gospel Concert - Emancipation Praise consist primarily of digital event tickets, booking confirmations, and access passes. These are intangible digital goods with no physical export component.

• No physical goods subject to customs or export controls are sold unless explicitly stated at the point of purchase.
• Event attendance rights and digital passes are non-exportable and non-assignable by default.
• Customers are responsible for compliance with any local laws governing the purchase of digital goods in their jurisdiction.

5. Country of Merchant Domicile

Summer Gospel Concert - Emancipation Praise is domiciled and operates in the Commonwealth of Dominica. All transactions are conducted in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

Payment processing is facilitated by the National Bank of Dominica Ltd (NBD) on behalf of Summer Gospel Concert - Emancipation Praise. Transaction currency: United States Dollars (USD) or Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD), as displayed at checkout.

6. Liability

Summer Gospel Concert - Emancipation Praise is not liable for any indirect loss arising from attendance at or inability to attend the event, including travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs. Our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket or booking purchased.
